Our journey began many years ago when we found out that our daughter, Arwyn, was on the spectrum. Arwyn and her twin brother were born healthy, reaching all their milestones. But as they approached a year and a half, we noticed changes in Arwyn. She began to withdraw, and it felt like she wasn’t fully with us. As parents, we were scared, lost, and heartbroken. It was difficult to see her struggle, and we didn’t know how to help her.

Determined to support Arwyn in any way possible, Kan, her father, devoted himself to researching everything we could. This relentless search for solutions led us, a few years ago, to the world of mushrooms.

Arwyn, who had struggled with constant constipation, began having regular bowel movements and was more engaged with us. We then all started to take mushrooms, and we all noticed a boost in our energy and overall well-being.
